Enhancing quality of work and life through effective social dialogue in the Western Balkans was the focus of a regional event bringing to Tirana the heads of the European Economic and Social Committee, the European Training Foundation, the European Agency for Living and Working Conditions, and representatives from the WB countries. The discussion highlighted the importance of social dialogue in improving working conditions, equipping the workforce with essential skills, and expanding opportunities for young people through initiatives like the Youth Guarantee. 

This discussion is an important step in the efforts to help the region towards improving the working and living conditions of its citizens, as well as to strengthen the structures of social organizations.
