BiznesAlbania participated in the two important closing activities of the ILO project "Improving access to justice for labor disputes through mediation and conciliation".
In the closing activity of the project, the achievements, challenges, lessons learned and sustainability of the Project in the coming years were discussed.
On the second day, the National Workshop on Collective Bargaining and Friendly Settlement of Labor Disputes was held, where the normative framework for collective bargaining and the role of the ILO as well as the role of the project in the promotion of collective bargaining were discussed.
